This won't take long! Just have your shipping postcode and order number ready. You’ll find your order number in your Order Confirmation email. Please contact us via email to book a return.

RETURN INFORMATION

• Easy 30 day returns booked online HERE 
• Please note, "on sale" items are not eligible for a return.
• Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
• Shipping fees paid at time of purchase are non refundable. All postage costs are at the buyers expense. 
• Cost of return is issued at the customers expense. Refund, will be completed once items have been received.
• Please include your invoice with the return. 
• Returns can be tracked with the tracking number via the AusPost website.
• We aim to process all returns within 2-4 business days of receiving your items. You will be contacted via email with the details of your processed return.
• Please email sales@poochandpout.com.au prior to initiating a return if you believe the product is damaged or faulty.

REFUNDS

• We do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind. 
• Refund / replacement may be eligible if the item/s are not in using working condition within a 30 day time period. Photo evidence will be need to be brought to our attention via email.
